👋 Welcome to Hang’s Homepage!

Hi there! 🙌 I am a second year Ph.D. student in Computer Science studying in Michigan State University (MSU), supervised by Dr. Jiliang Tang. Prior to that, I obtain my Master degress in Statistics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and my Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). My research interests include generative diffusion models, graph learning and AI for Education and get a few works published in conferences like EMNLP, Interspeech, ICASSP, AIED and EDM et al. In addition, I regulary serve as reviewer for some machine learning conference like KDD, AAAI, AIED et al.

  1. 2023.07 - 🤗 Our exploraive paper “Exploring the Potential of Large Language Models (LLMs) in Learning on Graphs” is on Arxiv now.
  2. 2023.04 - 🎉 Our survey paper “Generative Diffusion Models on Graphs: Method and Application” get accepted by IJCAI 2023.
  3. 2022.11 - 🎉 We won the second place at NeurIPS 2022 OGB-LSC, MAG240M Track.

Miscellaneous

  1. I am a big fan of road trips 🚙 and have drived to many great places like LA, San Diago, Chicago, Salt Lake City et al. My most recent trip was to Niagara Falls. 🌊
  2. I love working out during my free time and I am addicted to snowboarding after I move to Michigan. 🏂
